We need an Organization Design and Change consultant to work with our dynamic retail client.
The client is the Head of Organization Development in Canada, with a Fortune 500 company in the top 100 in the retail industry. While global and large, they have a people-first culture – they live and breathe their culture and values every day. They are experiencing growth and have a mandate to transform each function to enable scalability while ensuring organizational effectiveness.
This is a great role for a consultant who gets excited about redesigning roles and structure, building change plans to implement the redesign, and managing the project implementation, so it is executed smoothly.
The ideal candidate is someone who likes being part of a team of consultants who support an executive leader to transform their function. This role would support the Primary OD Lead Consultant and be part of a project team working together to redesign a function and implement with the business a new way of working.
In this project team, you will leverage standardized tools and templates to carry out the work to ensure a consistent experience from function to function. You will learn from experts while doing and while sharing your expertise with others.
This is a contract consulting role on a project expected to last about two years.
