We need a Senior Manager, Change and Communication consultant to work with our dynamic retail client.

The client is the Head of Organization Development in Canada, with a Fortune 500 company in the top 100 in the retail industry. While global and large, they have a people-first culture – they live and breathe their culture and values every day. They are experiencing growth and have a mandate to transform each function to enable scalability while ensuring organizational effectiveness.

The role...

This is a great role for someone who gets excited about building and implementing change and communication plans, partnering with leaders to implement the redesign of a function so it is executed smoothly.

We are looking for someone who likes being part of a team who is supporting an executive leader to transform their function.

This role would be the change partner to an executive leader and work with the Primary Org. Lead Designer in the design phase.

After the design, be the Primary Change Lead, leading a project team to implement the ‘build’ to a new way of working. The build phase includes activities such as staging the sequence for teams to stand up, facilitating multiple role transitions, enabling business process change, team reforming, team transitions and making it stick so the new way of working becomes the way of work.

In this project team atmosphere, you will leverage standardized tools and templates, embedding the client's culture and values to carry out the work to ensure a consistent experience from function to function. You will learn from experts while doing, and while sharing your expertise with others.

This is a contract consulting role on a project expected to last about two years.

  • You’re adept at turning your change impact assessments into change strategies that bring to life how to change mindsets, leverage culture, and evolve the culture to make the change a success

  • You thrive on leading the project team, managing all aspects of the implementation of your change strategy so that teams are stood up, working well, and the new way of working is making the business successful

  • You are highly collaborative and build relationships easily

  • You are a seasoned change veteran with 10+ years experience
